IT ASSIST provides several support services that can be tailored to suit your needs. You’ll gain confidence by having a responsive support team to help solve your technical problems. We are also committed to providing our customers with a substantial resource base through our web site.

We currently offer the following services:

  • Online support centre (Online resource areas are undergoing development and will be available soon)

Hours of Operation:

IT ASSIST Technical Support Center, is open for phone calls from 8:00AM to 8:00PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Support incidents submitted via email and through IT ASSIST’s Online Support centre are responded to during normal business hours.

Note:

Hours of operation differ for customised support contracts.
