Hours of Operation:

IT ASSIST Technical Support Center, is open for phone calls from 8:00AM to 8:00PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Support incidents submitted via email and through IT ASSIST’s Online Support centre are responded to during normal business hours.


Hours of operation differ for customised support contracts.
